Youth Klinics app respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy in case of any need. However, we will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.


Although the Application does not ask for personally identifiable information for general use and access to its content, the Application may ask for your location and/or contact information depending on the content and materials you use.

Contact information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as contacting us and responding to surveys will only be used to provide you with a requested service.

Geo-Location Information

The Application may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device while you are using the Application to provide location-based services. If you wish to change your permission, you may do so in your device’s settings.


Learning about your age, gender, and location permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use these sociodemographic variables (without any personally identifiable information) to:

  1. Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for internal use.
  2. Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
  3. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.

Third Parties

We may share findings of statistical analyses that our health team is performing by using general search trends, feedback on service providers and non-identifiable sociodemographic information of users with health authorities and scientific communities for the purpose of understanding the health needs of young people and their problems when accessing or using health services for evidence-based policy making and/or service improvement. We will never share users’ personal contact details with any third party.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES - Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies on the Application to help customize the Application and improve your experience. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Application. You may not decline web beacons. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.


We do not knowingly solicit information from children under the age of 14. If you become aware of any data, we have collected from children under age 14, please contact us using the contact information.
